I use a coaching led approach which focuses on outcomes. The process starts with a clear definition of the desired state of change and then address gaps and steps to make the change. This approach generates a clarity of thought and induces positive energy that stimulates action.
Mamie Mak
Inspiring minds founder Mamie Mak has over 30 years of experience in people and organisational development. I was formerly the Executive Vice President of Organisational Development and Learning for LiFung Trading. My corporate experiences include hotel & hospitality, retailing, inspection testing services and global supply chain operations.
I am strategic focus and pragmatic. I have expertise in facilitating culture change, setting up systems and framework for talent development, employee engagement and performance consulting. I also coach managers at different levels across the organization for high potential leadership and succession. I introduce new ways of learning and advocates knowledge sharing.
I hold an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. A Master Practitioner of NLP from the University of Santa Cruz and a graduate of the Coach University. I am also an accredited practitioner for two leading psychometric tools including MBTI and Hogan Assessment.
